IFBB female bodybuilding competition pictures and bodybuilding tips
The 2009 USA Figure, Bikini & Bodybuilding Competition held this weekend in hot hot hot Las Vegas was a big success for the Body By O Team!! The Jon Lindsay promoted event was as huge as ever and the Angels did an awesome job in all of their classes & divisions!!
Two of our Angels earned their pro cards: Akane Nigro-Ismeal won the A Class in Figure & is now a new IFBB Figure Pro! Michelle D’Angona won the A Class in Bikini and is now a new IFBB Bikini Pro!
Chady Dunmore of Roseville, California the overall winner of the Arnold Amateur NPC Bikini Championship competition that was held as a part of the Arnold Sports Festival 2010.

In the Bikini Short Class, Annette Perry of Natick, Massachusetts took 1st place and won a Tony Nowak jacket and a one year subscription to Posedown Magazine presented by Bob Johnson.
Rounding out the top five Bikini Short Class competitors were:
* 2nd place: Michelle Cagle, Tampa, Florida
* 3rd place: Nastin Mynuna, Montreal, Canada
* 4th place: Mandi Fanelli, Lakewood, California
* 5th place: Jessica Kenney, Boston, Massachusetts
